Wherever possible we use Wollondilly Farmgate produce for our meals – straight from the farm!  Vegetarian options available – just ask!

A sampler platter of our local produce – selection of cheeses, homemade labna and dukkah & olive oil, olives, chutney or pickles, fresh pecans, and sun-dried tomatoes

Farmgate Tarlets
Feta cheese, marinated sundried tomatoes, olive and thyme in a puff pastry tarlet

topped with BBQ Balsamic Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions,

marinated in lemon juice and olive oil, bbq’d and dressed with a Basil Pesto Aioli

And a fresly picked seasonal garden & herb salad from Greg’s veggie garden!
