Wollondilly Farmgate Nibbles Platter A sampler platter of our local produce – selection of cheeses, homemade labna and dukkah & olive oil, olives, chutney or pickles, fresh pecans, and sun-dried tomatoes Or Farmgate Tarlets
Feta cheese, marinated sundried tomatoes, olive and thyme in a puff pastry tarlet
Main Wollondilly Farmgate Supper Platter for Two
A platter of our local produce – selection of cheeses,marinated cheeses, olives, chutney or pickles, fresh pecans, smoked meat, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil & dukkah, garden fresh salad & savoury pastries Or BBQ Lamb Fillet topped with BBQ Balsamic Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions, Or BBQ Marinated Chicken Breast marinated in lemon juice and olive oil, bbq’d and dressed with a Basil Pesto Aioli Main course is served with Rosemary Baby Potatoes And a fresly picked seasonal garden & herb salad from Greg’s veggie garden!
Dessert
Either Apple Crumble Served with ice cream and fresh cream from the local dairy Or Brandy Baskets Filled with Greg’s homemade marscapone, fresh berries and fresh cream Or Affogatto Vanilla ice cream served with a shot of expresso coffee and Frangelico
