Wherever possible we use Wollondilly Farmgate produce for our meals – straight from the farm!  Vegetarian options available – just ask!

A sampler platter of our local produce – selection of cheeses, homemade labna and dukkah & olive oil, olives, chutney or pickles, fresh pecans, and sun-dried tomatoes

Wollondilly Farmgate Supper Platter for Two

A platter of our local produce – Greg’s homemade cheese and labna, marinated fetta, olives, chutney or pickles, fresh pecans, smoked chilli chicken thigh,  sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil & dukkah and garden fresh salad

or

Basil and Ricotta Chicken

Local chicken breast stuffed with fromage blanc, pecorino and basil straight from the garden served atop a selection of baked seasonal vegetables drizzled with local honey

or

Filo Wrapped Yoghurt & Mint Lamb

Lamb cutlets marinated in a spicy yoghurt, wrapped in filo and baked

served atop a selection of seasonal vegetables drizzled with local honey

 

Dessert

Served with  ice cream,  fresh cream from the local dairy,  berry sauce and pecan nuts
