Tariff includes:

Spa room with ensuite (exception for extra persons in Blue Wren Cottage)
Full cooked breakfast in the Lodge
Home baked afternoon tea or Wollondilly Farmgate Supper plate day of arrival
Soft drinks, fruit juice and coffee and selection of teas throughout stay
Port and chocolates before retiring
Bath robes, candles, quality toiletries and king size bath towels
Use of DVDs, CDs and games during stay

Terms:

50% deposit payable upon booking and balance payable upon arrival.
The booking will be held for 5 days from the date of invoice pending receipt of the deposit.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the booking will be charged upon cancellation less than 3 weeks from booking.
Bookings are transferable to another date without loss of deposit with one week's notice.
We do not take any credit cards but accept direct deposit, cash and cheques by arrangement.
