Breakfast Menu 2010

All breakfasts are served with a choice of expresso coffee, a wide selection of teas and local fruit juice plus home-baked bread and condiments.  Wherever possible we use Wollondilly produce – straight from the farm!

 

French Toast

  • Gourmet Berry - Wholegrain bread stuffed with berry, pecan and cream cheese with berry coulis (pictured right)
  • Classic Traditional french toast served with maple syrup and bacon (pictured above)
  • Roast Basil Tomatoes – Traditional french toast served with roasted tomatoes and bacon

Pancakes of the Day 

Every weekend we will have a Pancake of the Day – ask us what is on this weekend!  Could be …

  • Banana pancakes served with caramelized banana and bacon
  • Buttermilkpancakes served with lemon and sugar or jam and honey or maple syrup
  • Blueberrypancakes served with a dollop of yoghurt and blueberry sauce (pictured)
  • Ricotta pancackes with figjam and yoghurt

 

Classic Country Breakfast

Any combination of fried eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and fried potatoes

 

Dreamcatcher Egg

Baskets

Eggs fresh from the chook-yard baked in a bacon case with a dash of cheese on top – choice of one or two eggs. Served with roasted basil tomatoes and glazed mushrooms.

 


Poached Eggs with a Twist

Our girls have laid these eggs just for you and they couldn’t be any fresher!  Poached eggs, sprinkled with fetta, dukkah and a squeeze of lemon served atop wilted spinach and  toasted Turkish bread

Omelettes

Two or three egg omelettes with the following fillings:

  • Mediterranean- marinated sun-dried tomatoes, fetta, mushroom & red onion
  • Cheesey spud and bacon fresh pecorino cheese, fried potatoes, caramelized onion and bacon

Healthy and Yummy

Parfait of muesli,  the local dairy’s prize-winning yoghurt, stewed and/or fresh fruit and nuts served with hot bread and a variety of jams, spreads and marmalade.
