Book in now for our sourdough bread-making workshop and learn all the steps to making bread at home.... from how to make & maintain starter cultures, through to mixing, kneading, prooving, forming and baking. You will go home with not only the understanding of the processes, but you will also take home the fruits of your labours - a batard, dinner rolls and sun-dried tomato and feta loaf, plus a ready to bake dough to bake at home the next day. You will use traditional and modern methods to achieve all this - you will be surprised how easy it is to achieve that crunchy crust and flavour filled, wholesome bread! ![]() This is a 3-4 hour workshop, and we are happy to run them at any time, during the week or weekends, for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 people. $120 per person and includes all ingredients, course notes, morning or afternoon tea and the fun of hands on learning.
